We will not be liable for any loss and delivery failure in the part of the local courier due to incomplete / incorrect details.• You will receive a confirmation email after placing an order which includes the details and total amount of your order/s. Payment details and form are also provided in the email. Kindly check your inbox / spam folder.• We will only secure your order/s once your payment has been made.• For minor customers (below 18yo), please make sure to ask approval from your parents/guardian before placing your order.• We will not be held liable for any loss, damages & delays caused by the courier while the item is being shipped, please take note that these circumstances are beyond our control, but rest assured that we will assist you in the best way that we can.• For items that are limited or may sold out immediately, refunds will be issued for paid buyers.• Kindly settle your payment on or before the said deadline of payment (DOP). If you fail to fullfill this, you will be charged PHP 100.00 daily. Failure to settle the payment 3 days after the DOP will automatically be marked as bogus buyer.• STRICTLY NO CANCELLATION. If you want to cancel your order, you will have to pay a cancellation fee of 25%. Local shipping fee (LSF) is not included. Return or exchange will only be entertained if the shop sent a wrong or damaged item. Buyer should send a clear video of unboxing the parcel. Please be guided that photos are not allowed. Buyer should be willing to shoulder the shipping fee to our address.ONHAND ITEMS
Reservation of an onhand item is 3 days only. We will only pack and ship your order once payment has been made.

ETA & SHIPMENT

NORMAL ETA means:

-Arrival of items in our korean address usually takes 3-7 days after the release date as the supplier/site needs more time to prepare and ship the items. Updates will be provided if the supplier/site shipped the items late.- Arrival of items in PH warehouse usually takes 3 - 5 weeks after receiving it at our korean address. Please note that there might be delays in shipments due to the pandemic or unforeseen circumstance.

ARRIVAL OF ITEMS AT OUR SAN JUAN CITY ADDRESS

- After receiving it at our San Juan City address, please give us 3 - 5 days to sanitize and pack all the items. We usually ship items during weekends depending on the availability of the admin in charge of the shipments.- Delays in shipments might happen as some couriers dont pick up all the items on their scheduled pick up date.- Status of arrived items at our San Juan City address will be changed to 'ARRIVED AT PH ADDRESS' in the masterlist.- We will not be held liable for any loss, damages & delays caused by the courier while the item is being shipped, please take note that these circumstances are beyond our control, but rest assured that we will assist you in the best way that we can.
